Led by the proficient guidance of Ali Nerguti, the YEA! Project Coordinator, the workshop commenced with an overview of the importance of financial planning in entrepreneurship. Participants were introduced to fundamental concepts such as budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation. Practical examples and case studies were utilized to illustrate the significance of meticulous financial planning in sustaining a successful business venture.

The second segment of the workshop delved into Albanian business laws and regulations.
