Recently, a workshop on “Business Identity, Marketing & AI” was held at the YEA! quarters for high school students in Shkoder. The workshop was led by Mr. Said Dulevic, an expert in business identity and marketing. The event was organized to educate and provide practical knowledge on the importance of business identity and how it can be improved using modern marketing techniques and AI.


The workshop began with a lecture by Mr. Dulevic, who introduced the concept of business identity and explained why it is important for any organization or business. He emphasized that a business’s identity is not just its name, logo, or slogan, but also includes its values, mission, and vision. Said then explained how a strong business identity can help attract customers, increase brand loyalty, and even attract investors.


Next, the lecture moved on to marketing, where Mr. Dulevic discussed the various marketing techniques that businesses can use to promote their products or services. He explained the difference between traditional marketing methods and modern digital marketing methods, such as social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. He also touched upon the importance of understanding the target audience and tailoring the marketing strategy accordingly.

The final topic of the lecture was AI and its impact on marketing. Mr. Dulevic explained how AI technology can be used to analyze consumer behavior and preferences, which can help businesses tailor their marketing strategies even further. He also discussed how AI can be used to personalize the customer experience, for example, by recommending products or services based on the customer’s browsing history.


After the lecture, the students were divided into small groups for a hands-on activity. The activity involved creating a marketing plan for a fictional business based on the concepts learned during the lecture. The students had to come up with a business name, logo, and slogan, and then develop a marketing strategy using traditional and digital marketing techniques. The groups then presented their plans to the rest of the participants, which allowed for constructive feedback and further learning.

Overall, the workshop was a success, and the students learned a great deal about business identity, marketing, and AI. The practical approach of the workshop allowed the students to apply the concepts they learned and gain a better understanding of the importance of these concepts in the real world. The organizers hope to hold similar workshops in the future to continue to educate and empower the next generation of business leaders.
