On the 31st of March, 2023, the YEA! Center hosted a workshop on Resilient Leadership, held by Alfonz Lazri. The workshop aimed to equip participants with skills and strategies to enhance their leadership abilities. The workshop focused on four main areas of leadership, namely communication, decision-making, delegation, and motivation.
