Young Entrepreneurs Albania (YEA!) presents Hacktober Fest 2026: YEA! AI Challenge, a hands-on hackathon for high school students who want to explore artificial intelligence, creative problem-solving, and digital entrepreneurship.
This is more than a coding competition. It is an opportunity to learn how to work with AI tools, collaborate with others, and transform a simple idea into a real, demonstrable minimum viable product (MVP).
Build Your First MVP with AI
You do not need previous programming experience to participate. Whether you are interested in websites, digital products, design, video, or technology, Hacktober Fest is designed to help you move from curiosity to creation.
With guidance on effective prompting and practical AI-assisted workflows, participants will build focused web-based projects and learn how to test, improve, and present their results.
How the Challenge Works
01 — Prompting Workshop
The challenge begins with an introduction to prompting: how to explain your goal clearly, break a problem into manageable steps, and use AI to generate, understand, and debug code. Participants will see how AI can support web development and creative production.
02 — 24-Hour Build Sprint
Participants put their ideas into action during a 24-hour challenge, working on a simple web app, interactive website, or digital prototype. The goal is not to make the biggest product; it is to solve one problem with a working MVP.
03 — Demo Day
At the end of the challenge, participants present what they created, explain the problem they addressed, and demonstrate how their solution works. Projects will be reviewed, with standout work recognised.
